What Is Roster Management?

Roster refers to a schedule and roster management is the management of employees’ schedules. 

Roster management includes a list with employees’ names and all information regarding, their schedule, responsibilities, timing, etc. 

Roster management is mostly done in organizations where employees work in the morning, evening, and night shifts. It is done to ensure that each shift has a sufficient number of employees so that workflow doesn’t get affected. 

Roster management helps in identifying issues that may impact shift management.
