Having used other systems in the past I was surprised with ease of setup and customization. We created as many projects as we liked and selectively assigned those projects, which saved staff scrolling through a long list of tasks to find the one they want. The whole point is to collect data to help run the business and not become a hinderance to someone just trying to get their job done. It helps us stay focused.
