Having used other systems in the past I was surprised with ease of setup and customization. We created as many projects as we liked and selectively assigned those projects, which saved staff scrolling through a long list of tasks to find the one they want. The whole point is to collect data to help run the business and not become a hinderance to someone just trying to get their job done. It helps us stay focused.

Makes multiple tasks easy. The way you integrate the calendar with Slack saves a lot of time, and the customer support team makes the process flow easily. I just wish Slack would've made this tool more known when creating an account. I would have started with this organization from the start.

I have found it very useful to use AttendanceBot to monitor time tracking in general as well as work on specific projects. It is easy to use, user-friendly, and has an attractive interface. I think its ease and utility are its most beneficial elements. I also like the reminders tool and the fact that you don't have to install any new software.
